THE RENTAL HOUSING TRIBUNAL

The era of disputes between tenants and landlords going unresolved is over. Since the inception of Limpopo Rental Housing Tribunal, stability has been brought in the housing market.

The Rental Housing Act guarantees the right of "any tenant or landlord or group of tenants or interest group" to lodge a complaint with the Tribunal concerning an unfair practice.

The act requires government to promote a stable and growing market that progressively meets the demand for affordable rental housing among persons historically disadvantaged by unfair discrimination and poor persons.            Read More>>>>
